Our entire team has worked hard to bring you exceptional Festive Menus for Christmas and New Year!

Our Menus are available on our website, but to whet your appetite, we've distilled a few marvels for you, such as Carpaccio of Scallops with Lemon and Fleur de Sel, Fruit Tartar and Supreme of Breton Farm Capon Label Rouge for Christmas; or St-Pierre with Champagne Sabayon, Celery Risotto and Parmesan Shavings and Opera for dessert in the New Year.

As usual, our Chef and his brigade work with fresh produce from our local producers!
